Billing & Insurance
At Swing Women’s Health and Wellness, patients participate in our Hormone Replacement Program (the “HRT Program”) through a cash-pay membership. The services provided under the HRT Program will not be billed through any insurance plan or policy.
For routine gynecologic care, we participate in most local and many national insurance plans; however, it is the patient’s responsibility to determine if Swing Women’s Health and Wellness accepts any specific insurance plan and whether an applicable insurance plan has network limitations regarding services rendered or physicians the patient may see. If a patient provides complete and accurate information regarding a participating insurance plan, we will submit a claim to the insurance carrier for routine gynecological services rendered. Patients will be responsible for all co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts. Any patient who has questions regarding the availability of insurance coverage should contact the insurance provider directly.
